3g 2.2.1 killed wifi. How do i set Permitions to new apps??

The problem I have is common for those how have updated to the worst update that apple has realesed of the firmware 2.2.1 and didn't pwn it. Now Im stuck with the Worst baseband the 2.30.2.

Try downgrading it. didn't work. Try Swifi. Didn't work.

Now i have mannage to install cracked apps. but the best applications can only be put mannualy.. Like MobileTerminal to have access to the phone sistem, winterboard, etc.

MY Question is Its there is a way that some one has discover to

chmod, or set permissions to this apps that can be put easily to the iphone with diskaid,iphonebrowser usb only.

Please dont tell me to download any Cydia or Istaller app i dont got wifi..and i dont have openSSH istalled.

Is like new iphone with some craked apps.

Please HELP!!!
