[Question] Volume buttons bring up call box?

Everytime I am in a application and I hit the volume button to raise or lower it, I get this box that pops up with a place to enter a recipients name followed by a place to add a message and 3 button close button call button and send button.

How do I rid myself of this annoyance?

its from irealsms or irealquicksms its a quick txt thing if u go to the settings you can turn it off

Go into your iRealSMS or iRealQuickSMS app and you can select which method brings up quick send. I'm not sure about whatever version you're on or which app you're using, but my version allows either volume up, volume up/down + touch, double tap home button, or double tap home with menu. You can have either of the first two and/or either of the second two, meaning you could have volume up open quick reply and you can have double tapping home open it up at the same time or just one of the two, etc.
