    Default Software to Test Battery

    My local Apple store tested my battery by connecting the phone to their computer. Using a software, the person determined that the battery was bad. I think I heard something about a value unusually going op and down. Is this test comparable to a regular battery test that checks the voltage?

    What program and where can I get it?
    No Voice Activated Dialing? Why?
