Restoring Iphone
Hi all.
So I forgot the password for my iphone. I tried all the different combinations that I could until finally it said "iPhone Disabled Connect to iTunes." So I restored and tried to sync to get my settings and stuff back but then it still had the password lock.
Is there a way to sync it without the password?
Thx
P.S. No it's not stolen I bought it from a co-worker in Nov.

Nope. Unless you can remember the password. You gotta restore as new.
How do people forget their password? I open my phone like 1000 times a day, the password would be engraved in my brain.

I forgot the password once while I was at a party. I tried for hours to remember by entering different combinations. I must have tried 200 times. I left the phone alone for a couple hours because I had to clean my house. I went back to the phone, not remembering that i forgot my password. Naturally, my fingers pressed the correct combination. Right after, I was like, "WTF just happened?"
In short, put it away for a few hours and come back to it after you've done something else "brain" intensive. No Voice Activated Dialing? Why?

^ Sorry, I forgot to mention it was my phone before the iPhone. I thought the iPhone only erases if you set it up.

Thx for the help guys. But do you think if I restore my iPhone with my settings/apps and stuff, copy the files from iphonebrowser and restore it as a new iPhone; then paste the files back into the phone using iphonebrowser would work or would the passcode data still be there?

I would think that you would not restore and go into it with iPhoneBrowser.
Then find out which file contains the passwords and don't copy that, then restore and put them all back onto it.
Either way, I would copy all of the "/private/var/mobile/Library" and then look through that for where the password might be held because that is all of your data/settings etc.
