help ipod touch 2g 8g problem

ok so i was using logome and so i decided to try it so then i saw make flash so i said ok and so it reboot but never came on. so when i plug in my comp it says USB not recognized. i tried rebooting and stuff theres no icon that shows my ipod and doesnt turn on. it voids ur warranty so u cant take to apple. so wat shud i do? am i screwed? if anyone helps me i will be soooo happy. i just want my ipod touch back on. important note: i didnt have SSH on at the time so i dont think i can SSH it. message me for more info and detail its 2.2.1 by the way i think.
