Default # formatting driving me crazy

    i am on a 3G iphone running 2.2.1
I live i HK, where it is officially supported by "3HK"
My region setting is Hong Kong SAR
i use QuickPwn to jailbreak all the time after every update with no problems

however...i can not figure out how to get my number formatting to show correctly.
right now i have multiple #'s for every person otherwise it doesnt show the name when they call. But id like to fix this so that i dont have to add 100's of numbers

    HK country code: 852
    CN country code: 86
    HK discount IDD code: 1966
    CN discount IDD code: 1259300

    when in HK...
calling HK #: i need to dial #'s as normal XXXX-XXXX
calling CN #: i need to dial 1966-86-XXXXXXXXXXX

    when in CN:
calling HK #: i need to dial 1259300-852-XXXX-XXXX
calling CN #: i need to dial XXXXXXXXXXX

is there any way to edit a file to make this so that i only need to add 2 numbers (CN and HK), and it will automatcially dial correctly, and appear correctly as needed?

Install the Format fix or CallerID fix package that is in Cydia.
