password for cyberduck?

so i have my iphone running 1.1.4 and jailbroken using ziphone 2.5, and i have the NES emulator on it but want to put roms on to make it worth something. the only way that ive found is using cyberduck, but once i get it trying to connect, it needs a password. where do i get this password? or is there an easier way to get roms onto the phone. im running Mac OS X 10.4 btw
