Deleted App showing up on iphone-How to get rid of?

I have an iphone 2g 2.2.1. It is jailbroken and unlocked with t-mobile. A few minutes ago I downloaded an app called "snapture" off of rapidshare, and it was an .ipa file (and I already modded my frameworks folder so that .ipa files would work). Well when I first put it onto my iphone, I would try to use it but it would just go back to the home screen. So I deleted it from my apps folder on itunes and then synced it but its still there. I also tryed cyberducking into my apps folder but it doesn't show up in there either. Is my only option of getting it off my iphone is to use poof to hide the icon?

since its an appstore ap, did you try deleteing it with the wiggle feature?
