    Default Complete back up software

Awhile back there was a program, it might have been iLiberty, that did a complete backup of your iPhone - jailbroken apps and all. Does anything like that exist for the 2.0+ firmware? Any solutions would be well appreciated!

What about if I have 1.1.4 and want to update to 2.0+. Also does appBackup actually back up settings and stuff that I ssh'ed into my phone?

I think it just reinstalls all your currently installed packages.

I dont think it works on 1.1.4
