Iphone battery
Just wanting info about the Iphone battery in regards to charging/using/life
Im one who most times charges the phone without using it while charging hoping that will pro-long the life of the battery.
But I see that you can buy Iphones/Ipods speaker docks that im guessing charge and operate at the same time.
Im just wanting to know if what im think is right or wrong.
Does using the phone on a dock or while charging still use the battery or does it power streight from the mains?
Im thinking it uses the battery still and cant be good to use it while its on a dock or charging.

I am not sure but I have a cradle in my truck that charges it while I have the xGPS going and music playing also when I make calls. I have it in that cradle at least 4 hours a day.

If you are in the cradle you are ALWAYS on wall power and only charging if the battery is not at 100%, no matter what you are doing.
