Default Connecting to WiFi with WEP

    Hi all,

I have an iPhone with v1.1.3 unlocked and working on the Optus network in Aust.

My problem is connecting to my wireless network at home. When I enter the WEP key I have the iPhone appears to connect but then when I start Safari I get an error message saying the server can not be found. I think the issue is that the key I am using is key no. 2 on my wireless router but I can not specify this in the iPhone.

If I connect to another unsecure wireless nw Safari connects and works fine.

How can I instruct the iPhone to use the 2nd WEP key?

    Thanks in advance.

    RJ

Yes, its not your iPhone its your PC, you must assign ICS to your connection (internet connection sharing)
    Drive Safe with Trapster
    Speedtrap App
