Where does Itunes put that BACKUP synced FILE on ur PC?????

Im in the process of reformating my computer...
So...
Where does Itunes place that backup file that it makes when it syncs the iphone?

I want to back that up completly!

yeah there is no Application Data?

Are you replacing the {Username} portion with your account name on your PC?

(The easiest way is to right click your Start Menu, and pick Explore. That will put you in the right folder, then you must go up one level, do Tools|Folder Options... pick the View tab, and set Hidden Files and Folders to show. Then Application Data will show up.

I'm confused . . . Is there just a file that Itunes spits out that backs up everything synced? When I Goto in Itunes, Tools>Iphone, and it shows my last back up w/ a tiemstamp, i want to be able to back that up so when i reformat, or ever lose my phone, i have it like a savepoint

CDocuments and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\

On Windows Vista:
CUsers\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\AppleComputer\Mo bileSync\Backup\

On Mac:
/Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

Hey Guys, You need to first show hidden files and folders.
-tools
-folder options
-view tab
-show hidden files and folders.
Then go to - CDocuments and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
