Weird problem with charging screen battery

Guys

Recently noticed my battery on charge screen looks weird. Postion is low and not at the centre



After a reboot it looks like this



but immediately reverts to the weird screen after I access any app.

Anyone experience this? Please help

This only happened recently. iPhone has also been crashing once in a while. Apps I've updated recently is Cydia and Clippy

Problem found: Quick Dismiss

Problem solved: Removed Quick Dismiss


Also solved my random springboard crashing issues
