I just noticed this. Is this new or have I just missed it? I know they allowed it on 3g but didn't know about it on edge. I just opened it up to look up some podcasts and I was able to browse and even preview songs. I expected to get the Connect to wifi error. Does this work for anyone else? I've done no hacks, I'm on a yellowsn0w unlocked 3g using TMobile.

mine works on AT&T Edge too.

You only have to connect to WiFi if the file you want is over 10 MB. They wouldn't allow only 3G access to the store since 2G iPhone use it every day.

Its been working on edge for me for a while now. Appstore as well, iv even downloaded some apps on edge.
Im with tmobile and tzones.
