Is This True?
I swear I read in a post before that Apple could tell that a phone had been jailbroken even if you restored and activated through iTunes properly. I was wondering if this was true? or what to do if there is a way to make it look as if it were never jailbroken?

I've not heard or read that. I personally have returned two phones for warranty replacement that had been jailbroken. I just restored them and made an appointment with the 'genius' people before I brought them in.
