backup/restore question

hi all what will happen if i backup and then restore my iphone? will all my contact, music, videos, bookmarks, photos, notes, settings, winterboard themes and apps (installer, cydia, appstore etc) all be there again when i restore or will i lose it all?

if i could get a quick run down of what happens that'd be amazing

ok here it goes.

when you back up your phone with itunes all your apple leagle stiff will be saved such as music, videos, pictures, apps from the app store, contacts, and bookmarks. thats all that gets saves. restoring removes the jailbreak so cydia apps and cydia/installer will no longer be there including winter board... hope this helps you. any more questions ill be happy to help you

o and when you restore your phone restore to a backup and all your info will be back

ok thank you VERY much so one more time EVERYTHING will be saves other then cydia/installer stuff? so i backup then restore (from me backup) then i jailbrake and then reinstall all my cydia/installer stuff right and other then losing all my settings and game saves i'm back to where i was right?

also if i remember there's a way to backup cydia/installer apps right? what about ********** apps?

yes everything will be saved in itunes. and yea there was a way to save the cydia apps but i dont think it was ported to 2.2. and the ******* apps wont save you have to reinstall them through the app that i wont mention.
