On/Off tone?

I was playing with my new 3g that i just got, and i was showing a ringtone that i sync'd to my phone to a friend. I don't know what i did, but when i selected it, the screen went black, it had the little button on the top left to go back, and all it said was something like "on/off" with the green "accept" and red "Decline"...i tried to re-create that scenerio and nothing...it wont do it again.

Did anyone else get that before? I haven't done anything to the phone in regards to jailbreaking or anything...yet...

soooo.....nobody saw this before?

I know this wasn't a fluke people, i saw this screen with my own eyes, and it was fresh out of the box. Anyone?
