i reset my iphone to factory default but now it does not come on only apple sign comes on please somebody help how to fix that.

If you went to "reset all settings" on a jailbroken phone it will always get stuck in an endless loop.

Now, you'll need to place the phone into DFU mode and restore it in Itunes.

does is show up on itunes try to restore it in itunes that happen to me b4 and i just restored it in itunes or put it in DFU Mode then restore it

but how can i put in DFU mode. it does not do anything but apple sign comes on for few second and then go away and come back.

First hold home and power for 10-15 to shut phone off.

1. Itunes open, phone plugged into comp.

2. Hold POWER button for 5 seconds.

3. WITHOUT letting go of POWER, now hold HOME button for 10 seconds (Both held).

4. Let go of POWER, CONTINUE to hold the HOME button until Itunes recognizes phone, (usually 15-20 seconds).

ok i restore my phone but not ican not unlock the iphone version 2.2.1(5h11) what is process for that

^You cant unlock 2.2.1, man you need to read through stuff first before jumping into it.
