slide to unlock problem

i have a jailbroken 1.1.4 8gb. and spmtimes i go to use my iphone the slide to unlock is not responding. i have to tap my power button twice fast to shut it off and turn it on agian and it will work after that, but it also happens to me when i get phone calls i have to tap it twice when i tap it i also hang up on them so i would have to call them back. anyone else have this issue? my carrier is t-mobile.thanks in advance

i had a problem similar however i think it was because i dropped it :/ lol but i restored it and took it to apple and they gave me a new phone

Maybe this will help, if you go to cydia you can get an app called better tap to unlock, and it only requires u to tap the little slider area instead of sliding
