    Default Backup iPhone w/o Syncing?

    I am wondering if there is a utility that can backup iphone files without having to sync the iphone itself. Lets say that I just want to backup my files and not sync it, is this achievable via any method or program?

    cancel sync then hit backup in itunes..
    Being an i can be a lot of pressure. you have to live right up to the small point.
