Missing Apps?

For some reason... when I download an app off of the Appstore, it downloaded. Then when I either restart my phone or respring it, the app or icons or whatever disappear. Then when I go back to the appstore, it say that my app already been installed, but I don't see the app on my homescreen. (No is not in a folder.)
And I can't reinstall or anything.

Anyone got the same problem or want to help me out?

Do you have bossprefs installed? Check and see if they are spoofed.

Are you running a theme?

this happened to me once, had to wait till the app got an update (itunes would not sync/unsynk)

Try going into settings/general and turn the restrictons on and off. Should make the icon appear. If you have catagories then your apps in the folders will appear on your homescreen but it doesn't take too much time to fix it.
