Help! Cydia is bugging out on me!

Hey people, im in a tight spot. Today i opened Cydia after a while and there was a message that said that my version of cydia had a bad bug so i updated it and i installed a couple of things. So i installed this one app, and it was really cool but the only thing was that it was a 7 day trial. So i looked around the internet and found a .deb file and they said that i had to SSH into my phone to install it. So i tried it and it didnt work, after that, i tried a whole bunch of different methods while SSH'd into my phone. i went a little crazy with SSH, as i was entered a whole bunch of different folders. Now, whenever i try to open Cydia, it opens up, displays the little loading sign for a couple of seconds, then just closes and goes back to the home screen. Why is this happening? I'm really scared. i hope i didnt mess up anything when i was SSH'ing my phone. I was pretty careful, but still. Any advice?
