Known issue: loss of connectivity (invalid SIM)
Saw this posted by a user:
"Yesterday, my wife's iPhone suddenly dropped off the network (no calls or internet) and then said it had an invalid SIM card. She took it back to the Guru Bar at the Apple store, and they resurrected it using the following procedure:
1. Turn on Airplane mode
2. Turn off the iPhone
3. Turn on the iPhone
4. Turn off Airplane mode
Apparently it's a known issue to Apple. Presumably they're working on a fix."I write Mac only tutorials for the iPhone and own every model. My iPhones run on the following SIMs/networks: AT&T, GoPhone, H2O, O2, SimpleMobile, T-Mobile and Verizon.

great to know especially since its been happening to me for the last 3 days....
I've had to call att to fix the issue and they told me to get a new SIM but if this works and if apple is working on it I guess I won't have to
Thanks for the heads up
