are they from the app store or cydia?
if they are from cydia you have to delete apps in the package manager section of cydia.
hope this helps

as above, if an app doesnt have the little x in the corner when you do a long press and they are all wobly, then its cos it's one of the default ones that comes as stock with the iphone, or it has been installed through cydia/installer

Touch the app and hold till it starts to wiggle and there will be X in the left top corner .Touch the X and on pop up select delete. If you dont get X app is from cydia.Go in cydia and uninstall it from there.
Open cydia > manage > packages .Select any app and uninstall it.
Good luck.

I have tried all of that. The apps are from the appstore and when i hold it the X doesnt appear but when i downloaded an app from the appstore the X was there. Do u think if i reset it and then just unlock it again they will be gone? Thanks for the help so far!

Then those apps are from cydia.Uninstall them in cydia.
YOU REALLY dont have to restore and unlock again.OR connect your phone open itunes click on your device , click on application on top (in device menu)select sync applications and then select " selected applications".Unselected the ones you dont want and sync.they should be gone if they are app store apps.

those might be pirated apps installed 'dirty' do you have a program called 'install'ous', if so delete it because it is illegal and then resync the phone as a new iphone, should keep the jailbreak.

instalous is a great little app. you can get it from cydia.
OK, so it's illegal, but it is a great way to "try before you buy". I use it quite a bit, and if something i've downloaded gets used more than a few times then i'll buy it.
