and cant figure out how to get a game on it

how or why tanks guys

Hmm, that would pose a problem. Do you have someone that would lend you their credit card (like your folks or something)? Worst comes to worst, you might be able to do a prepaid credit card (not too sure on that). Or maybe you could get some of your friends to let you piggy back on their account. An itunes account is fairly essential to realizing the potential of your device.
