Does Apple have a patent on answering calls via touch screen?

This might be silly, but might be not.....I am asking this, because I noticed that every other touch screen phone, from Samsung instinct to Blackberry have a button to answer or make a call, but never part of the touch screen.

That made me wonder, if apple has a patent to answer or make a call from the touch screen directly!?

Nope, just a patent for the multi-touch capacitive screen, I believe.
