Default 4GB iphone listed as 2.23GB after 2.2

i just finished pwning my iphone to 2.2, and now when i hook to itunes, it lists it as having a 2.23GB capacity. it doesn't say that's whats left, it says that's the capcity, listed right under the iphone name. any thoughts? i have unlocked adn jailbroken this phone ever since 1.0, is it possible there is still some old stuff on there somewhere? i know there used to be that problem when it would show 300MB capacity, is it possible it's still something along those lines?

If you "update" without "restoring" in itunes, it simply creates new system folders and puts your old ones aside without wiping your phone clean (every time you "update" without restoring, it adds roughly 500mb of firmware data to your phone). I had issues with this for a while. Try putting your phone in DFU mode, restoring, and then pwning. That should take care of your issue.
