Manage springboard/homescreen/apps

Hi. I was wondering if there is an app available or what the easiest way is to manage the display order of apps on your iphone. Can you hide apps? Thanks in advance!

You can also hide apps with SBSettings or BossPrefs. Categories is nice for organizing your apps into folders. There's also that app that fans out icons like leopard does but I can't remember what its called.

Stereosympathy - I think that app is called cool launcher ..I did a search for it. It looks great, I will definitely be using that and the others mentioned.
