Google contact sync caller id pic

Ever since setting up the mobile contact/calendar over the air sync my caller id photos are now small and in the upper right corner of the screen when they call. It wasnt like this before, they filled up the whole screen. Why is this and how can I change it back? thanks

put the pics on your iphone then edit the the contact on your phone and change the pic.
