I'll thank you a billion times..please help? ):
Gahhh, My iPod won't turn on! D:
I have something similar to an iHome and I was charging it last night, like I do every night.
And this morning I woke up, and it won't turn on.
WTF.
It's jailbroken, but I didn't do anything last night, so I dunno what the problem would be.
Hmm.
Please help!

try connecting it to your computer and turning it on.
Or try holding home and power NOT CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER.
See if it turns on

Sounds like your "ihome" shorted out the logic board or something. Ipods and iPhones are extremely sensitive with regard to voltages when charging. A cheap piece of equipment can easily damage your iPod. If it truely won't turn on bring it to Apple for warranty... they'll never know it's jailbroken if its fried.

it wont respond and they have no way of knowing it was jailbroken.in order for them to know they have to run their program.
I had unlocked and jailbeoken iphone which wouldnt respond at all. They replaced it .
Just take it to apple, if they fix it even better.

Billion not million he said, any ways if apple finds out that u r jailbroken they will sue you for a minimum of $25,000 because according to them it's illegal to jailbreak and apple is the law. (well at least claims to and can sue anyones *** of)
