Lost WiFi password

The password to my WEP connection is one of those really long and random strand of letters like 0DJ983HLSE8RH3S etc... I just bought a new comp, and i realized i lost the tiny slip of paper on which this password was written. However, I remembered that it is on my ipod touch. Is there anyway that i can find the password and save it on my computer? Like using SSH or something? Or is there and app that turns the asterisks on an ipod touch to letters and numbers

As far I know its not possible to retrieve the decoded wep pass of your connection. By default all routers or wifi-access points should have a sticker under the device with the standard WEP key.

Your best bet will just be to reset the hardware to default specs and start over. There are other ways, but this is definitely the easiest and quickest unless you find that little paper.
