    Default HELP! iPhone memory corrupted?!

So I plugged my phone into the computer, went to the bathroom, came back, and a pop from iTunes said that there wasn't enough free space to sync my stuff. When I looked at the iPhone page in iTunes, it said all of my space was being used on "Other". I unplugged my phone, and all my music and videos are gone, and iTunes won't resync because the memory is full . This happened before and I went to "Erase Media" in my phone, and it just crashed the whole thing.

Is there a way to fix this without restore?

    Restore is your friend.

I hadn't changed anything since the last sync, and nothing was running when I plugged it in.

And restore is my enemy. Actually reentering sources, and rediwnloading and syncing everything.

I'm typing this from it now so it works fine except iTunes is saying it's full with "other".
