Maybe you hadn't heard, but on MMi, you can talk about it, you just can't provide it.
You might want to rethink telling other people what to do.Get "iPod & iTunes for Dummies", it'll change your life.

we do not support any talk of cracking apps. We may have in the past, but we do not now. In fact, We are friends with too many developers and want to position ourselves 100% on the legal side of modding - so hacked apps need to find another home.

The whole thing is open to interpretation. MMi supports jailbreaking. And without jailbreaking, it wouldn't be possible to run cracked apps. Yet they don't support programs that make running cracked apps possible. It would be interesting to find what measurement is used as a moral basis here.

Besides, jailbreaking is illegal now, according to apple. MMi said they don't consider it illegal, so it's not illegal. Apparently MMi can decide what's legal or not. Jailbreaking is. Cracking is not.
