How do you manually upload mp3 and music to iphone?

I have sold my old computer and I have a new one now, just wondering how can I upload mp3s and videos to my iphone without it erasing everything when syncing?

my iphone 2g is jailbroken. sharepod works good, but cant upload movies though. i tried using media monkey and i guess when it synced it erased all my media files on my iphone? i was pretty upset about that.

can ifunbox upload movies?
