Default Installing Apps (.app files) through SSH

    I have a Jailbroken iPhone.

I'm about to do a restore so it will become unjailbroken.

before I do that, I have downloaded FuGu which is a SSH program.

I have connected to my iPhone and downloaded all the .app folders for each 3rd Party app on my iPhone.

The question is, how do I restore them?

I tried deleting a app from my iphone and then I reuploaded its folder back to the iPhone and then I rebooted the iPhone but the app did not appear back.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

You will need to actually re-install them.

Cut and paste will only mess things up.

Some of the apps have disappeared from Ins******s so that is not an option for many of my apps.

I need to find a way to do it through SSH.
