Blocking select phone numbers?

Is there any way to block calls from certain incoming numbers only? My old phone had a setting that would send certain callers straight to voicemail. While I'd rather block the individual in question from calling altogether.. if I can get it to send directly to voicemail that would be fine too. If this is possible on the iphone let me know! Thanks.

Also, I have the 3g... if that makes a difference.

iblacklist, mcleaner,and also you can call at&t and they will block it alltogether
