Stuck on "Backing Up"

It went about an 8th of the way and is just stuck and won't budge. Anyone else even run into this problem and know how to fix it? I rebooted my phone and computer and tried it again and it still gets stuck.

Yeah it took 45 minutes to finally budge, haha. I don't really back my phone up that often, maybe once every two months so when I do it takes quite a long time. Hasn't ever taken that long, though.
