Hi!

I sync my iPhone with my MacBook. In my Mac, I have all my Contacts which are stored in AddressBook using loads of custom labels e.g work 2, work 3 etc. all in a predetermined sequence using the template.

Now, when I synced my AddressBook with my iPhone, all the contact numbers & my custom labels are there but not in the order i had set in my AddressBook template. They show up fine in AddressBook but the sequnce in iPhone is all mixed.

For example, I want the mobile # first followed by mobile 2, work, work 2, work 3 & so on. But it doesn't appear this way in iPhone Contacts.

Can this be rectified? Thanks in advance!

the iphone address book is ordered alphebeticaly then inside the contact it is always the same order

no way to change it

Isn't there someway whereby we can make a template like in Mac AddressBook and then have iPhone configure the sequence of the contact labels according to that template??

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated because the labels are NOT even being alphabetically ordered.
