how to delete downloads from mobile library?

Hi, i have a jailbroken iphone, i have some videos downloaded on here that don't show up in my regular video folder so that i'm able to watch them on my iphone, instead i used wildeyes and look for /var/mobile/library/downloads, once i get through all of this i can select the video and play it, my question is, how do i remove it? I can't see these videos on itunes, i can't select and swipe them away, what can i do?
