Help LOst all contacts... over 200+

i researched alot in the last couple of hours.. after this big mistake

i reformated my pc so everything is new such as outlook and itunes

i was trying to sync itunes w/ my outlook so it would transfer my contacts over.. but instead it just erased all my contacts

i tried to back it up from the back up it made but it just reverts back to when it deleted my contacts -.-

any ideas??????? or am i just screwed?



i have tried using the AddressBook.sqlitedb thing in var/root/mobile/library but didn't seem to workk

Yeah I hate iTunes syncing with contacts... it's a one way street. I feel your pain, I've done that before with my contacts... Good luck. If you have facebook make one of those groups haha.

i sync thru itunes with yahoo, its worked with my 2 iphones 2g and my 3g so u should do that with yahoo email or gmail
