Is there a way to sync songs to the iphone without itunes? Itunes Acting up =/

Yeahh sooo I have that problem where you just see the hour glass when you click itunes and it just doesnt launch at all..and its gettin on my nerves because i downloaded nothing but songs and now I CANT SYNC!! =[[[[[[[ sad faceeee. Anywho can anyone tell me how?
