Video messaging help

i'm using swirly and a t-mobile sim, i recieve the video message and when i go to click on it, it goes black like its about to play then the Quicktime Q pops up and it wont play,no sound or anything...i've tried to google it i've tried the forum search and i still cant find anyhting...maybe i'm just inept at searching but i cant find crap...please help

Maybe iphone does not support the video format...

Video format is the only thing i can think of. Otherwise it should play.
