Icon's moving on restart

Hey guys,
Ever since i resently jailbroke my phone, when ever i turn the phone off or respring, my icons are constantly moving and are in different places. Im getting sick of constantly having to replace them to the correct order.
Can anyone explain why this keeps happening?

hm. try restoring... or just hit the home button when your respring or turn it off... maybe you're pressing for a little too long.
