Transfering Contacts from Old iPhone to New iPhone

I am changing wireless providers from TMobile to AT&T and will be upgrading from old iPhone to new 3G phone. I want to transfer my contacts from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. I do not want to transfer ANYTHING but my old contacts. I do not have my contacts stored anywhere on my PC (Outlook etc.) Can someone please help me with this? Thank you in advance.

Just sync your old phone with itunes.Then when you first plug new one in, it'll ask if you want to setup a new iPhone or restore it from a backup. Simply select restore from backup and select the name of your previous iPhone.
