contacts question

i know to how to put contacts on the iphone from the computer but i dont know how to put them on the computer from the iphone. im trying to restart my iphone but i dont want to lose my contacts......please help

Sync with iTunes. It will see the conflict and ask you which way you want it to sync.

not from the iphone to the computer just from the computer to da iphone. if doesnt ask nothing about the other way around
