iPhone 3G repair by O2 - any problems
Ive gone into the O2 store today to get my iphone repaired, the on/off button on the top doesnt work, just stopped working last week, just doesnt do anything, have restored etc, was inquiring if anyone has had problems with the repairs O2 do, my iphone 3g is 5 months old

I would ring Apple or visit the nearest Apple store. You will get your phone repaired/replaced usually on the day.
O2 standard procedure is to send phones off for repair, and can take up to 28 days to get the phone back.
The hardware warranty is with Apple however, so they may just give you a phone number for Apple and tell you to ring them.
Either way, O2 is just a middle man that's not needed. Get in touch with Apple.
