how to transfer PHOTO LIBRARY to PC

does anybody know how to transfer pictures from the "PHOTO LIBRARY"?NOT THE "CAMERA ROLL", I KNOW HOW TO DO THAT WITH THE CAMERA WIZ.
i also know that i can e-mail them to myself, but that takes too long, any other suggestions?
i also know how to access winscp, under dcip, but the problem is those pictures are from my camera roll, i already have those, i need the ones under "PHOTO LIBRARY"
nobody seems to know the answer to this question

*Kodak Easyshare: it treats your phone like a camera

everyone of those costs money, i was looking for a free solution.
