bookmark on homescreen question

Is there a way to make a bookmark on the homescreen that doesn't take you to where you zoomed on the page to make the icon? Maybe there would be some way of editing my bookmark?

There is an app you can get from Cydia that changes icons of other apps with a picture of your choice.. I can't remember it off the top of my head but a quick google search should do it..

Google isn't proving to be helpful for this. Does anyone know what the app is called?
