Well my home button now does not work at all. So is there an app that will act as a home/back button? It would be on top of everything so it can be used instead of the home button itself...

I looked and found 'clickonce' app that does that, but i cant seem to download it as the source on installer/cydia does not work.

can anybody help me out?

its kinda tricky. with any app you have to actually press your home button if you're in any other app to get to your springboard to click on the home button app. so unless its like where the time is on that bar on the top i see it hard to do. maybe having an app that you slide the top bar and it takes you to the springboard (like sbsetting). my hope that makes any sense.
