Interesting iTunes problem

Not really sure where to put this. I have an original iPhone that i got when they first came out in august. But anyways last night i upgraded in iTunes to 2.2.1 and used QuickPwn to unlock/jailbreak and now whenever i try to download an app from the appstore it says the password is wrong i know for sure it is right. The only way to get new apps is to sync with iTunes and even then sometimes it says wrong password and other times I have no problems. I never had this problem until i upgraded. Any ideas?
